This week’s guest is the legend that is Lindsey Anderson aka Kitty Kowalski – the Forrest Gump of punk rock! This show is an absolute blast and all we did was scratch the surface. We hear stories about the Ramones, MOBY, the Beastie Boys, Daniel Rey, Rick Rubin, Rob Zombie, and so much more! There is so many great stories to be found within and I can’t wait to have her back on the show to hear some more.

This week’s guest is guitarist Andy Gill of punk legends, Gang Of Four. Heaps stoked to have Andy on the show as anyone who knows me knows that once I saw these guys live, everyone knew about it. They were that damn good that I wanted the everyone I knew to know this. We chat about their lyrics 40 years on and are they still relevant, there’s talk about punk in the 70s, records, you know, the usual stuff that I obsess over. It’s a fun chat and I hope you dig it.

We’re back in the saddle again, Aerosmith style, to bring you another kickass episode where the Long Gone Loser himself, Damo, sits down for a chat with WWE Superstar and Fozzy vocalist, the Ayatollah of Rock N Rolla, Chris Jericho!!! We talk Beatles, Rolling Stones, Rock N Roll, Podcasting, the first records he bought, his worst Podcast guest, and of course his tour down under in November with Fozzy. This was a quick chat but still a lot of fun. I hope you’ll find something in this of value. Thanks once again to John Howarth for his help in organising this.

She’s adorable, she’s talented, she’s Ainslie Adams; a burlesque dancer and a Suicide Girl Hopeful from Melbourne and she’s on the latest episode of the LGL Podcast to talk about all things burlesque and Suicide Girls from her beginnings to today and beyond. It turned out to be quite a fun chat and I should also point out that she also chose all the music for the show and from the photo below, she most certainly has bitchin’ taste in rock! Julie K Smith

This week I interview B-Movie legend, Julie K Smith about anything and everything to do with her lengthy career and we try to cover it all from Penthouse to Parody movies and everything in-between. Julie has been in a whole bunch of classic films and has been a fave actress of mine for many years. Never did I think I would ever have her as a guest on the show but alas, the planets aligned correctly and things happened and the lovely lady herself agreed to come on the show and chat with me thus fulfilling a life long dream. I should also point out that Julie also handpicked all the music for this show too! She gave me quite an eclectic list and while I couldn’t play everything, I definitely played a great selection from the list that she gave me that need to be heard by all. This interview is a great chat about all things Julie and if you’re a fan of her work, you’re going to love this one. Have a listen now by clicking on THIS LINK. (more…)

Having formed in 1963, England’s The Pretty Things are finally making their first ever trip to Australia for a string of shows giving fans the chance to see the band that have been dubbed a raunchier version of their fellow cohorts, the Rolling Stones. Having been a Stone himself as the band’s original bass player, Pretty Things guitarist Dick Taylor found time to chat with me about their upcoming tour and to lay to rest some of the outlandish rumours surrounding the band’s notorious New Zealand tour of 1965. Taylor is on the end of the phone and sounds in good spirits, all the while suffering through the sniffles, as he settles in for his first trip to the land of Oz… (more…)
